The dark principle, rigid, and immovable
is dissolved by penetrating light principle.

In human life it is the penetrating clarity
of judgment that thwarts all conspiracy.

If one has clear objectives...  Success.
Penetration produces gradual effects.

Penetration thrives by subordinating
to God who is order creating.

As the winds follow each other in repeated ardor
the persevering superior one disseminates order.

The wind produces effective penetration
only through persevering repetition.

Action without it's proper preparation
and groundwork alienates the population.

The ruler's thoughts, to the same extent,
is brought about by enlightened intent.

Only when the command has been understood
by the people can it be properly executed.

NINE IN SECOND PLACE: 
Dealing with hidden nemeses: 
Intangible dark influences 
slink into the darkest recesses. 
From it's dark and hidden nests 
it influences and suggests.
Here we must follow the traces 
of these things to their secret places. 
Revealing the nature of the influences
is the calling of intuitive princes. 
Thus dark powers lose their influences.

9 IN 3rd PLACE: 
Repeated Penetration
brings one humiliation.

6 IN 4TH PLACE: 
Remorse is in dissolution.

Not a beginning but an end...
Perseverance brings good fortune. 

New directions have been emerging.
Here it is the question of reforming.

Improvement and change are required
with steadfastness and firm regard. 

NINE AT THE TOP: 
A person's understanding 
is sufficiently penetrating 
to follow up on bad influencing 
in the most secret places of hiding 
but one lacks strength for combating. 
Thus any attempt at penetrating 
into darkness' domain may be harming.
