A lake at mountain's base represents Forfeit.
Mountain is symbolic of that which is obstinate
that can harden to cruelty, anger, and hate.
Lake symbolizes the frivolous and passionate
where passion causes life forces to dissipate.
The theme of this bar code is to illustrate
shifting resources and their resulting plight.
System structural integrity is very effete.
Where walls are reinforced in failing feat,
leaving the entire structure really beat.
This represents decrease of overall benefit
of all in favor of government & Epstein elite.
and the rich thus causing out-and-out forfeit
as the security of the nation becomes unfit.
So give up emotion and being obstinate.

Yet Decrease can bring one to a higher state.
Decrease, mixed with sincere endurance, to-wit,
can also prove beneficial in a certain light.
Frugality, where resources have their limit,
is the anvil upon which is forged the great
finding true self reliance before too late.
Forfeit does not always disaster precipitate.
as Increase & decrease each have their date

NINE AT BOTTOM:
After completing ones own plan...
an unselfishly good person

But being in a superior position,  
one must weigh with caution
toleration soes not invite harm.
Only through compassion can one
give to others without hesitation.

One who throws oneself away in order

reduces self:  Not helping the other.

6 IN 3RD PLACE:
Two's company.
Three's a crowd.

6 IN 4TH PLACE:
If one decreases what is faulty 
Others hasten to come joyfully.

SIX IN FIFTH PLACE.
One is marked by good fortune.
This luck is ordained by heaven.

9 AT TOP:  No remorse.
If one gains at no expense to others.
Why not do something that furthers?
Not self-serving... One gets helpers.
