The sun, rising over earth, represents
the idea of rapid and easy progress
and at the same time giving reference
to ever widening luminescence.
Three times in one day one is granted audience
and is honored with horses in large numbrance.
This allegorizes a time when a powerful prince
rallies the other princes around to his presence
in pledges of loyalty and peace and confidence. 

The condition upon which this progress depends
is an enlightened ruler, over obedient servants,
where the actual effect of progress emanates
from one who is in a position of dependence
considered an equal yet accepts guidance.

This lord has enough clarity of presence
not to abuse this position of influence
but uses it for the benefit of the prince.
The prince, in turn, is free of all enviance
and upon this one the prince showers presents
and is continually invited to court presence.

35. PROGRESS: THE LINES

SIX AT THE BOTTOM:
Seeking advance...  But held back.
Firm vigilance is the right track.

One should remain open-hearted
even though one is not trusted.

Remain generous in relationships.
This may lessen your hardships.

SIX IN SECOND PLACE:
One is progressing... but is torn.
One is kept from communication
with one who has right connection.
One remains vigilant, though one
is sad, with mother like devotion
blessing all with happy emotion.
Thus happiness will come to one
for the resulting mutual attraction
is not out selfishness, or partisan,
but comes from a correct position.

SIX IN THIRD PLACE:
Progress depends on the company
and encouragement of others.
The benefits of this community
trust removes any remorse.

9 IN 4TH PLACE:
One progresses like a hamster.
One's perseverance brings danger.

6 IN 5TH PLACE:
In a position of influence
in these times of progress
one is gentle and repressed.
One may even self redress
for a seeming lack of zest
in using time's propitiousness.

NINE AT THE TOP MEANS:
Take aggressive and offensive measure
to discipline yourself as such severe
precautions will help you avoid error.
Don't do it to others or you'll suffer
humiliation, alienation, and failure.
